All returns require a return autorazation. We do not recommend items we only price what you ask for. There is a 25% restock fee on all return items. That does not include freight fees. Items will be sent back to the factory to confirm whether an item is deffective. If they see that item is not deffective then the item can not be credited. We also do not ship collect. We use UPS and add shipping charges to the invoice. No C.O.D. We do not accept American Express. We do not ship collect. We use UPS.
