Inventory Control
HOW IT WORKS:
- A par level to last for 1 month is set for each product in each school.
- When your monthly visit is made, your A.L.C.O. representative will take inventory of each product and record it on a customer history sheet referred to as a “par sheet”.
- The total inventory on hand for each item is subtracted from the par level and the balance is left to bring the school back up to full par.
- Saves time for the managers by not having to take monthly chemical inventory.
- Removes the need for managers to place orders for chemicals.
- Greatly reduces out of product calls. Monthly history is recorded on the par sheet for the entire year, if a manager is continuously running low the par level can be increased to make sure they don’t run out.
